Front Runner Pimps one lucky Landy

Fitment at the Festival

 Terms and conditions of the Pimp my Landy lucky draw:

1. The event directors decision is final
2. The prize may not be swopped for cash.
3. The winning Land Rover will need to be at the Landy Festival venue on Friday 2nd March.
4. The winning Land Rover will stay at the Landy Festival venue until 1pm on Sunday 4th March where the fitment will take place.
5. The winning Land Rover will need to be stripped of all existing accessories (excl bull bar, winch etc) to make way for the new Front Runner accessories.
6. The winning Land Rover will need to agree to have ALL of the accessories provided by Front Runner fitted on the vehicle.
7. The Land Rover owner authorises Front Runner and Landy festival to use any video footage or photographs for advertising or editorial.
8. Entry can only take place on the www.landyfestival.co.za web site
9. Only Land Rover vehicles may be entered into this competition
10. No purchase of goods is necessary to enter.
11. All entries received will be entered into the lucky draw and the winner will be selected at random under the supervision of the relevant parties.
12. Competition starts on the 23 January 2012 and closes at 9pm Saturday 25^th February 2012. No late entries will be accepted.
13. The winner will be notified via telephone or  SMS on the given contact number. If the winner is not contactable by 27^th February 2012 the winner will automatically be disqualified.
14. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The prize must be redeemed at the Landy Festival and the vehicle must be handed over on Friday 2^nd March 2012.
16. The prize is for one winner.
17. The prize is not transferable and may not be converted into cash.
18. If any element of the prize is not wanted then the winner forfeits any claim to that part of the prize and may not receive this in cash.
19. Employees of Front Runner & the festival organizers, their immediate family members and companies associated with the competition are not permitted to enter.
20. Front Runner and Landy Fest are entitled to terminate the competition at any time during the competition period without advance notice and without giving reason.
21. By consent declaration the entrant agrees to the use, by Front Runner, of his or her details for correspondence from Front Runner. There will be no transfer of data to third parties outside of Front Runner.
22. Front Runner, its associated or subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees and agents are accordingly indemnified by the member or his/her estate against any claim of any nature for any damages or loss which might be instituted against them arising from or connected with or pursuant to the prize contemplated in these terms and conditions.
23. The prize is a R67 000 makeover for your Land Rover with accessories and equipment supplied by Front Runner.
24. Entry implies acceptance of above terms and conditions.
